got my license

So i did mention in my previous blog post that i finally did it. I finally passed my G2 license on July 19th 2016. I can finally drive now with some restrictions of course including no alcohol in the body system, etc. It was my second try already. It was expensive but worth everything. Luck was on my side because i got a really nice examiner. He was friendly and all i felt comfortable. I felt really great when he said i passed my road test it was like my shoulders were lifted. My license was expiring in 2 days from that day so thank goodness i passed my road test. I was really thankful. It was one of the birthday gift i could ever give or received for myself. Now my next goal is to pass my nursing license. I could do anything as long as i believe in myself. I will need need all the luck and patience in the world. I can do this. Fighting! baking day

July 18, 2016 -> We decided, me, Gracia, and Nitch agreed to bake for the day. I really wanted to bake or should i say taste "Braso de Mercedes". I don't know where it originated from. Same day i had a driving practice at 8 am because the next day is my second try in my road test. I also had a dentist appointment at 1 pm. I was lucky the dentist told me i don't have any cavities (thank gosh) or that would take long again. After my dentist, i went to Gracia's place and waited for Nitch to go buy the groceries we would need to bake. After grocery shopping we decided to eat at a Congee restaurant just near my place and Gracia's place (we literally live 1 block away from each other). Then after we went back to Gracia's place and we ended up having a long nap.

hotel party

My friend, Gracia's boyfriend had a birthday celebration in a hotel (Toronto Don Valley Hotel) on July 15, 2016. I helped Gracia with the things she needed even if i had an afternoon shift at work that day. I was almost late for my shift but Gracia made me take an Uber (which is like a taxi cab but cheaper). After my work Louise picked me up and we took an Uber to go to the hotel because it was faster that way. There were lots of foods and drinks we were so full. It was fun, new company and all. We almost got kicked out twice but good thing luck was on our side because we didn't. Me and Louise got home at her place at 5 in the morning which i would only have 2 hours of sleep because i have wake up and get ready for my morning shift at work. It was kinda worth it because i had fun anyways 😁

Go for tea

 

I went to Go for tea with Nitch and Louise (July 13, 2016). We were hungry and we wanted to chill so we ordered food and drinks. I really like their wintermelon black tea it will be my favourite from now on. We ordered food for our dinner and dessert after. We stayed there for like 2 hours just talking and eating. It was relaxing. We wanted to hang out a bit more but sadly we had to leave and we couldn't find another place to hand out so we just decided to go home. It was fun.

TSLOP

TSLOP means The Secret Life of Pets. I went to watch with Berna on July 12, 2016. I have been wanting to watch the movie ever since i first saw the trailer. I could say i really love the movie. It has been a long time since me and Berna hang out. We always go out before after class or after studying. I kinda miss it. It was fun laughing with her. It was really fun to watch although the movie was kinda meant for children but who cares it was awesome! It made me want to have a pet, a dog specifically but i also want a cat because a cat could just stay at home. Maybe soon but not right now because i won't have enough time to take care of someone else. I mean i couldn't even take good care of myself because i'm lazy and all not alone someone else like a pet. I would really love to have one though in the future 😇

Captain's boil & biking

July 11, 2016 -> I went out with my two friends, Elfie and Katrina. They are kinda my nursing buddies turned close friends including Berna but sadly Berna couldn't come because of other priorities she needed to attend. We went to Captain's boil to eat our late lunch. It was my first time there and i would say their sauce was the best. The foods were really good and i really like spicy foods and of course seafoods. Good thing i wasn't allergic or anything because i could eat anything to be honest. We had a long talk just about anything and laughing at the same time because we missed each other (wish you were with us Berna!)

taste of Danforth day 2

So i went again to the taste of Danforth (July 10, 2016) after my work. I went with my coworkers/friends, Maide, Dana, and Shannon. We went just to walk around and buy whatever food we wanted to eat. It was so hot that day but we survived. We decided to go to Pmall just right after and also walked around there the difference was the mall has an air conditioner. We went to buy Chatime and some fishballs. We talked and we just hang out. I had a good time and a good laugh 😄

After my work on July 09, 2016, i went to the taste of Danforth with Gracia. We bought grilled squid it was so expensive $10 each stick but worth because it was really good.

gelato run

July 08, 2016 -> I went to STC mall with Nitch. We just received money from the government which is the Ontario Trillium Benefit. Tbh, i don't even know what it is but i'm just glad i received money. We decided to just go to the mall and buy whatever we need/actually want. I didn't buy a lot only 2 shirts but Nitch shopped a lot, hehe. We ate lunch there then we went to pick up Louise at her work.

road trip

I went out for a road trip with my friends, Berna and Elfie (July 07, 2016). Berna was our driver. We waited in Fairview mall. There was this guy who purposely checked me out while i was waiting i felt so shy and nervous but at the same time i was flattered. I couldn't explain the feeling, it was weird but i felt fine. I couldn't stop thinking about it through out our ride. Berna came to pick us up and we went straight to Pmall because Elfie wanted to buy a new case for her new phone.

I really like this outfit. It's cute, it's simple, and easy going especially when i'm being a lazy ass. I don't dress up a lot, but when i do, i give it my full. Tbh, i don't like it when i get too much attention from other people. I feel very conscious about it. But then again who cares right? What's important is you dress for yourself. 

just another day

Just another day, July 04, 2016. Me, Nitch, and Louise went to Galleria Supermarket which is like a Korean grocery store to have our late lunch because they have a restaurant inside the store. We went grocery shopping right after and bought ourselves some instant cup noodles and instant Korean rice cake.

Then we went to Starbucks to chill and talk about just anything. We went back to the grocery store to buy our dinner but we decided that we're having to go foods to bring to Nitch's place. We ended up buying alcoholic drinks and sleeping over at her place. It was spontaneously fun.
